When scrolling a list with physical arrow keys, Talkback interrupts list item speech with positional data. #179

1. Open any application which has a listview of scrollable items (Seesmic, K-9
mail, Android settings, etc).
2. Using physical arrow keys, press Down until the list scrolls.
3. Take note of what is spoken and when.

I would expect to hear the entirety of the ites I landed on to be voiced
followed by what was showing, e.g. "Developer options, showing items 10 to 15
or 17." Instead, the item speech is often interrupted with the "showing x of y"
speech, so I must scroll up and then back down to hear the item under the
cursor.

This is new with Talkback 3.3.0 beta 1, and I can reproduce it on devices
running Android 4.1.2 and 4.2.2.
