[eSpeak] No Arabic support #210

1. Install the apk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Arabic
isntead of "nci"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last on Android 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
 I wish You supported Arabic language

We are unable to add new languages. Please request this at the main eSpeak 
project page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/espeak/
