Talkback does not see the notification area icons as separate icons. #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable Talkback.
2. Touch in different points on the notification area at the top of the screen.
3. Talkback will read the whole area as one big chunk.

What is the expected output? Talkback should read the icons under your finger 
as separate icons. What do you see instead?
 Talkback reads the area as one big chunk, no matter ware you touch on that notification area.

What version of the product are you using? Talkback V 3.3.1 On what operating 
system? Android V 4.2.2, build: JDQ39
