Feature suggestion: Optionally announce changes in currently focused object on 
the screen. For example, in the "Package Installer", we can set the focus to 
the text object where information of the current status of the installation 
procedure is shown. But even if the focus is set there, TalkBack doesn't read 
changes in that text area when they occur. And such announcements will be 
useful, I think. This can also be useful in other situations, for example - to 
read subtitles in the video player. In this case - the text object where the 
subtitles are displayed in the video player will be focused (manually by the 
user), and whenever the subtitles change, TalkBack will read them aloud.
