More keybord shortcut for use with a hardware keyboard. #295

Using a bluetooth of other hardware keyboard provides an opertunity for using 
shortcut keys. This may be exploring the screen, flicking from item to item 
etc, activating the talkback functions, selecting and moving text, changing 
reading granularity etc.
The precise keystrokes are not as important as having the ability to assign 
keystrokes to specific functionalities.
