Currently when IC29/IC30 mux is enabled then chip needs to overcome 2k2 || 2k2 to pull down the line and possibly more (https://github.com/elhep/AFCZ/issues/74). Changing R260-69 + R273-R278 to 10k should help. This change was also done on Kasli and it didn't introduce any unpredicted effects.
