USB_VBUS should have 120uF #64

Currently has it 10 uF

table 8-2 from USB3320 datasheet + USB specification

(I assume it's host configuration, as on ZCU111)

Additionally series resistor on VBUS should be 10k.

If we're using OTG configuration then VBUS resistor is ok, but capacitance on VBUS should be lower.
