Total speaker scores for team not being correctly calculated #10

When the speaker scores are entered for a team, the total speaker score for the 
team (i.e. the cumulative value after all round that have been completed) is 
coming out wrong. It appears to be an issue of the decimal places not being 
correctly counted and the values being rounded up.
