cannot edit adjudicator information after all rounds have finished #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when all rounds have been completed, and there are no more rounds created 
after

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The adjudicator information screen should come out, but the tab gives an error.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
