fail to link 3 tab database to 3tab #54

please help me!
I already followed all instruction in 
https://code.google.com/p/3tab/wiki/WindowsInstallGuide

and in step "Create and link your 3tab database to 3tab"
I get error when I try to access  
"http://localhost/3tab/web/index.php/tournament" 
and the result is 
Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

do have the same problem here...any idea how to solve it?

Most like an issue with the login credentials/database name details that you've 
hard-coded into the database.yml file. Check the distribution of postgres 
you're using and correct accordingly
