Sorry for the long commit title. I added all optimizations from the GentooLTO repository to this repository (which appears to work from the 3dsx file) for an increase in performance. I also added @AXDOOMER 's fix for CVE-2020-15007, just because his pull hasn't been merged yet for some reason.

Sorry about the ugly CFlag usage by the way, I could probably clean it up, but I'm making this pull from my phone.
