Hi Chris,
We passed along the processed data files that we had to the OSDR team. It looks like some of them are available on OSDR, for example the processed ONT direct RNA-seq data:
https://osdr.nasa.gov/bio/repo/data/studies/OSD-569
Nanopore long read RNA-Seq > Processed Data Files > GLDS-561_nanoporeRNAseq_Direct_RNA_seq_Gene_Expression_Processed.xlsx
Is there a specific one you're looking for?
Raw data will require a request to NASA's OSDR team similar to the process that dbGaP uses, but the intention is to be as open with the data as possible. I recommend proceeding with a request if you would like analyze the raw data.
Processed data is also available for visualization here: https://soma.weill.cornell.edu/apps/SOMA_Browser/
Hope this helps!
Dear Authors,
Would it be possible to gain access to the bulk-rnaseq generated in this study? The publication mentions the data are publicly available, yet the access is restricted on the NASA site. Access to processed count tables would be even better.
Many thanks, Chris
