Current DRAM controller implementation is yet to be tested in double speed mode. I am skeptical it will work, but let's crank that clock up!

I have since changed the hardware revision of the cartridge and Gen3Prototype is no longer being maintained. The new revision does not use DRAM, but PSRAM. It will probably bring its own set of issues, but the current issue is not relevant anymore. Closing...
