Option to add markdown page #129

Hi,

I'd like to suggest an enhancement which could possibly help a lot. Let's say I have a set of lecture notes in a pdf format but wanted to add a page of obsidian markdown notes between the pdf pages. I was wondering how much effort it would take to get the annotator to display this as an extra A4 page. We should be able to store the markdown in the same page that the annotator uses to store annotations.

The idea came from some tablet-based note-taking apps that I've seen my friends use, and it seemed very useful.

The display part of this is probably non-trivial, but I thought I should float the idea anyway.

gr8 idea ! I also found that having to "sacrifice" a page for pdf annotation is a little sad
