[BUG] Multiple Issues with epub files on mobile. #237

1. Next/Previous Page Icons not rendering

When reading an epub file in paginated mode, the right and left chevrons do not show, it just shows the the names left_chevron and right_chevron. The text is huge and overlays the middle of the page. Additionally, the right chevron is in a z-position above the left, so you can only flip pages forwards, but not back. Edit: Other icons, namely the ones for showing the Table of Contents, and the one for closing it, render with the names menu and close instead of the icons.

2. Bottom padding

The obsidian toolbar at the bottom overlies half of the last line of text.

3. Annotating isn't possible

When I select text, the small popover with the "Highlight" and "Annotate" button does not show over. It does show for pdfs on the same device though.

(Let me know if I should split these into separate issues or for details/screenshots.)

Same here on Issue #1 with respect to displaying left and right chevron alt text and not the chevrons themselves. Also in Annotation mode it displays no annotations in this group as well. Was all working before the upgrade to 0.2.6.

Wish there was a roll-back option. Might check one of my back-ups for an older version of the plugin and replace this one with it and see if everything works again.
