Adds Pocket Support #31

Great app, but it needed Pocket support

It works just like the Instapaper feature, and the keyboard shortcut is the same as Pocket's Chrome extension keyboard shortcut

Thanks Zachary! I have no current plans to add other read later services at the moment but I am considering a preferences view for setting up multiple services. I may come back to your pull request in the future. Closing it for now.
