Please supply more english material #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1-visting the rt-thread english forum show only chinese information
2-downloading the rt-thread pdf of 330 pages is mainly in chinese language

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-I can not read chinese :-)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-I can not use the product because I can not read the manual.
