refactor to simplify adding new domains and recompiling each flavor target #13

The goal of this refactor should be to consolidate required code changes in two scenarios:

  1. When adding new domains
  2. When testing and compiling new builds between the different flavor targets

You do need to integrate changes to the icon / launch screens. (we can document how to use https://github.com/eliataylor/tam-flutter/blob/master/icon_generator.js). However, if icons / launch screens have not been created for the given flavor, use whatever exists of the tam default.
