deps: updates wazero to 1.0.1 #56

This updates wazero to 1.0.0 which begins our compatibility promise.

On behalf of everyone in the community, I want to thank you for trying wazero before we became stable. We will not raise unsolicited pull requests anymore. That said, if any update gives you problems, please feel free to contact us on slack or via a GitHub issue.

I was actually going to do it myself this week, so thanks for the help. I do indeed have some questions about wazero, specifically w.r.t. to its usage of TinyGo vs. Go for the WASM modules. Would the slack channel be the best place to ask these questions?

@eliben indeed the slack is a great place to ask this, and of course the answer gets more complicated in Go 1.21 as wasi is a part of the standard toolchain then!
