[WIP] Rewrite native SQLite layer in pure Rust

Related to #1079

Transition the native SQLite layer to pure Rust implementation.

• Remove C code and bindings:

  • Delete crates/sqlite/src/NativeDB.c and crates/sqlite/headers/NativeDB.h.
  • Remove bindgen and C code compilation from crates/sqlite/build.rs.
  • Remove dependencies related to C code and bindgen from crates/sqlite/Cargo.toml.

• Implement native SQLite layer in Rust:

  • Add rusqlite dependency in crates/sqlite/Cargo.toml.
  • Implement the native SQLite layer in crates/sqlite/src/lib.rs using rusqlite.
  • Re-implement JNI methods in Rust to match the expected interface by SQLite JDBC.
