Unable to install Add-In for Blender 3.1 #203

When installing the latest LilySurface Scraper add-in, I get the following error message:

Any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for all these details, it helps, but I still don't understand what could cause this. What CPU do you have? Could you run:

import platform
platform.version()
platform.architecture()

I have the very same version of Python/Blender and uninstalled lxml then reinstalled the same version of the addon as you and don't have this issue.

I am also experiencing this issue on Blender 3.1.2 on Windows 11. Here is the output of those lines:

>>> platform.version()
'10.0.22000'

>>> platform.architecture()
('64bit', 'WindowsPE')
