Updated README instructions and troubleshooting #288

Results and things tried are listed in #287 These additions and changes are based on personal testing and what I needed to do above and beyond the instructions. Many of these things like the version of RenderDoc to use and the troubleshooting steps are also mentioned in several external sources about this addon and just all around about google maps. I also updated some outdated stuff in the instructions to match the current features and status of other parts of the README. Feel free to change the commits if you feel like it but it was time to update the instructions so I'm happy to do a quick pass at it.

Thanks for these clarification, I may remove the hard-coded version number of RenderDoc though because it changes regularly and it is too likely that I forget to update the README all the time. I prefer using the release notes as the single source of truth for version numbers.
