Cannot Delete AutoKey Folder #239

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From AutoKey, "New" -> "Folder"
2. Save anywhere (default or any location)
3. Right click newly created folder and select "Delete"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected folder to be removed from sidebar, however, folder remains.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
autokey-gtk 0.90.1
Linux Mint 14 Nadia

Please provide any additional information below.
Deleting the folder from the file directory (eg /.config/autokey/data/My 
Folder) does not remove folder from AutoKey. Can only remove folder by deleting 
autokey directory from .config.
