Hey guys, I have a suggestion that would improve speediness of the app for the end users: Default all webcams off - with a green colored webcam icon instead of gray'ed out, for instance, so the user can see, that that user is streaming video - you click on the green webcam icon and that user's webcam is now on. (The remaining users, not streaming video, still have a gray'ed out cam logo meaning they're not streaming.)
