Implement NAT-PMP protocol to improve Private server port forwarding? #1340

I've been reading some posts (i.e. https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/11902#issue-282227529) about how NAT-PMP is much better than UPnP. In my own experience being always behind NAT, software I use with NAT-PMP support work very well (i.,e. qbittorrent). Maybe this could solve some private server issues?
