Hi everyone!!!!! Im now to Jamtaba2 and I´m having a great time jamming with others.... So Far Im having two issues for which I need help:

  1. I first installed Jamtaba2 in a MacBook Pro (High Sierra) and had the chance to Work with it one night, great jamming, had a Wonderfull time. The following day, when I launched it it wouldn't open, and so it happens each time. It seems to be opening, it shows one Icon, then a second Icon appears and then, boom, the both immediately dissappear. I don't even see the platform loaded nor any error message appears. I reinstalled it and the result was the same. Does anyone have any ideas of what might be happening?

So i installed it in an older HP windows 10 notebook... It works fine as standalone, but as soon as I want to work with it in my DAW (Cubase 10.5), I am able to load the VST2 Jamtaba2 plugin as an insert on my Master Channel, the platform opens but it keeps loading but never achieves doing so... Any help with this issue please?

Thank you very much and I hope to be able to fix this. The platform is amazing!!!

Could the problem Jon is describing be related to the new version notification being blocked by the OS ?

Is this notification absolutely necessary ? Each time I open jamtaba, it pops up. Would it be possible to replace the notification with a menu item like "check for updates" which would not interfere with the program startup ?

I would very much appreciate having this option.

I use Jamtaba plug-in very often, it is a pure marvel. I love the loop tool, and my jams would never be as fun without this !

Million thanks guys (Elieser?)

This happens to many of our colleagues too. One thing I found was that Finale interferes with JamTaba startup. So I ask our colleagues to reinstall the software and not to open it with other DAWs or music-making software. But what would be a fundamental cause of this?

@soulraymusic , in Windows if Finale is using the same ASIO driver than JamTaba the user will have no sound. I know Mac is better sharing audio devices, but not sure if always work without issues (I'm not a Mac user).
