VST Drums sliding out of metronome after some loops ? some month with this pb . #1378

Hello Elieser , JonJon

in last Jamtaba2 2.1.15 as VST in reaper with windows10

the drumsvst have strange comportement those last month they are not keeping the sync with the metronome as before . I try multiple vst with the same problem the first loop is perfect sync and after some loop its getting worst and worst away from metronome in ninbot or ninjam

The only way to making it fit is to record the drums in the looper of jamtaba

Another strange comportement is when copying a file recorded with jamtaba it is no more fitting the exact number of mesures . Its not far, but with zooming we can see its not perfect at all ? (of course with right bpi in reaper before copying)

Any idea of where it can comes from ? Thanks for your great work !!!

I want to throw my +1 on this, I just had this issue yesterday (12/20/2020) so it seems really topical and maybe like I wasn't just bad at counting time for once.

I was on the receiving end, they were using samplitude or reaper and the drums and metronome synced up on their side, but not mine.

I found where the problem was coming for me . this may help someone one day , so i decided to share

in reaper for editing and wrapping some audio loop i had needed some times ago to put in Project settings : Timebas for items and timebase for tempo on Time for both //// getting back as default to Beat (position length rate) and tempo on Beats resolve the synching problem ... so much improving The sync with DAW on Jamtaba such a great useful tool !!!!

There can be a lot of issues the more classic problem is when the snap not enable in reaper andthe loop not exactly the right length so it lost the sync with the DAW after some turns
