To reproduce the problem:
1) Go to Metronome settings (F9)
2) Choose 3 new metronome sounds (16 bit wav files)
3) Click ok
4) Choose Preferences / Midi Sync tab
5)They are all selected by default. Unselect one or more Midi devices.
6) Click ok
7) Go back to Metronome Settings (F9)
8) The custom Metronome settings are gone and the default is selected.
The opposite is also true; when I set the metronome sounds, it resets any unselected devices in the MIDI sync list.
I have 2 iConnectivity Midi devices which gives me 20+ system midi devices. This may be part of the problem. (see attached screen capture)
