Decision made to do this before next milestone as we may as well make a start on an HTML email template and email service. Need to review the text to try to make more concise - more details in #4

Currently we send a very basic email to authors when they complete their submission. We'll be looking to have many more email alerts to authors, and would want to use responsively designed HTML emails.
We're also looking to email authors that don't finish their submission to remind/prompt to contact support. This is the next email we want to include, so might be worth building a template for the existing email before then so we have less work to do retrospectively when introducing HTML emails.
Note: We're also going to need to be able to preview and edit email templated text in xPub before sending e.g. when sending an author a "decision letter".
