A test attempt at moving some of the Product team feature definition and prioritisation into GitHub. The aim is to create more detailed feature definitions, provide more transparent prioritisation and more effective "linking" of product design to development tickets (currently in the xPub project board).
Should we auto-fill the author details form with ORCID data, instead of offering the "Pre-fill my details" link.
PRO: This requires less effort for users and may give us a better opportunity to feedback to users if they need to update their ORCID 'sharing setting' in the event that it doesn't work (requires design work)
CON: More effort if filling in the form for a different author... requires more work on this sort of scenario.
