Publish "Insights"

Once we have the initial submission, QC and initial assessment process in place, we can then test/trial "Insights" being published as they do not require any follow up/full submission process.

One of the outcomes from meeting on Wed 12 Jun 2019

• Need to double-check this is correct.
• Is there anything required within xPub after initial decision is made (besides export)?
• Tech decisions needed to determine what/how it is "exported"
• Do they go through the Production team and/or Typesetter?
• Or straight from L.Reviewer to L.Publisher?

Follow up actions:

• [ ] Mockup workflow including screenshots from eJP
• [ ] Present/share to Editorial and Features team
• [ ] Get decision on whether or not to prioritise over "All submissions initial QC"

Proposed breakdown of development phases if decision is made to prioritise the milestone:

• Create features user for own dashboard
• Add “Insights” to article types in wizard
• Allow features to view and download files
• Allow features to upload updated files/manuscript
• Add “Export MECA” (or “Export to eJP”) on status tab
• Add “diversion”/filter for Insights to appear on features dashboard (and not Editorial?)
• Update eJP’s “template email” to include new instructions for uploading Insights

This allows us to test conversion to XML, publication to demo journal etc. This could then be used as a demo of non-reviewed publication to our own "pre-print server" demo.
