A test attempt at moving some of the Product team feature definition and prioritisation into GitHub. The aim is to create more detailed feature definitions, provide more transparent prioritisation and more effective "linking" of product design to development tickets (currently in the xPub project board).

Ask Authors to consider diversity when suggesting reviewers #79
There was a discussion on Twitter regarding diversity among reviewers. An eLife pre-print inspired another journal to institute a policy to insist on at least one female reviewer. They questioned if we should do the same. Among our replies was this:
We either used to do this and no longer do it, or this referred only to the author guide, when we could do more. Should this be in the Editors stage of the wizard?
We could easily at least add some text (with a link if available to justify - we have studies and bogs etc.) below the header.
