A test attempt at moving some of the Product team feature definition and prioritisation into GitHub. The aim is to create more detailed feature definitions, provide more transparent prioritisation and more effective "linking" of product design to development tickets (currently in the xPub project board).

Advice on diversity when suggesting reviewers in submission wizard #80
Following a tweet regarding diversity among reviewers in peer review, we've publicly stated that we ask authors to consider diversity when suggesting reviewers. We don't explicitly state this in the submission wizard, and the update to the author guide with this information was not applied to Libero Reviewer. We need to add the updated text to the author guide in https://github.com/elifesciences/elife-xpub/issues/2346 and then look at ways to make this suggestion/advice clearer.
Exploring this, I propose a line of text with link above the reviewer suggestion area in the submission wizard, which links to the updated text in the author guide at the bottom of https://reviewer.elifesciences.org/author-guide/initial.
We should also consider adding links in the author guide text to any research or blog that backs up our reasoning for this request to help encourage authors to consider diversity in their suggestions.
