A test attempt at moving some of the Product team feature definition and prioritisation into GitHub. The aim is to create more detailed feature definitions, provide more transparent prioritisation and more effective "linking" of product design to development tickets (currently in the xPub project board).

Currently making assumptions based on eLife experience but different use case. Can we ensure the MVP is something more people will use to find content? Or can we do some research to see if we can do more with the MVP to make it useful to researchers beyond "search or browse"?
Broadly learn more about how researchers use Preprints to better understand how the platform should be navigated/content should be organised
Make some decisions or suggestions based on data for how the platform should work for readers
i.e. single home page? How are preprints found and displayed compared to reviewed papers?
