Add attributes to related-object tag. #124

Re issue https://github.com/elifesciences/issues/issues/6948

The <related-object> tag added to Editor's evaluation <sub-article> to have more tag attributes: @id, @object-id-type, and @object-id.

Bump the library version to 0.5.0 for this enhancement.
