The doc declaration changes were required to validate the new files.

In order to add an abstract a "jats:" prefix needs to be added to any part of the abstract tagging. Multiple paragraphs are allowed in an abstract.

Note - am still working with them on what tagging will work to add the Digest too. Replication does not work.

Added Digest - did not update my local copy of the Schema, which did not work! Now working and added
