The <related-object> tag in an Editor's evaluation sub-article is changed to have the attribute link-type="continued-by" for better support with PMC's schema, and the continued-by value needs to be changed to hasRelatedMaterial for continued compatibility with Crossref's schema. If the link-type is not continued-by then the value will pass through as normal.
