Set Crossref schema version as 4.4.2 instead of 4.4.1 so in future the output can be expanded to include pre-registering DOI values using <pending_publication>.
Since this only changes a value in the default crossref.cfg configuration file, a new patch version number of this library is assigned to be elifecrossref==0.5.1.
