Equal contribution authors set as first author too #117

Re issue https://github.com/elifesciences/issues/issues/7053

If the first author of an article is an equal contributor, set the next authors who are also equal contributors as "first" authors in the Crossref deposit, otherwise the author will be "additional".

Assigning library version 0.9.0 to this enhancement.
