Peer review deposits enhancements #75

These are some additional improvements for peer review deposits logic, currently in development.

Added the access indicators for the license value.

Refactoring of setting titles and other things, which should have no impact on backwards compatibility with journal article deposits.

This branch is getting slightly old and I want to merge it in now so it doesn't get too far behind.
