Updated libraries in requirements.txt #86

Use the latest elifetools and elifearticle libraries. Also, GitPython is upgraded to fix testing. That was also done in the open PR https://github.com/elifesciences/elife-crossref-xml-generation/pull/85, so if this PR is green and merged, I will resolve conflicts with PR #85.
