In reference to issue https://github.com/elifesciences/XML-mapping/issues/83, the JATS parser can support parsing a collection pub date whether the type is pub-type or date-type.

collectionpub date whether the type ispub-typeordate-type.date-typevalue if nopub-typevalue is found (similar to the logic for finding pub dates, it checks for multiple types)
