Linting of test scenario code, version 0.3.3 bump. #338

Re issue https://github.com/elifesciences/issues/issues/5838 regarding linting the code.

Here are the test scenario files linted using black, as well as the setup.py file.

Bumping the library version to 0.3.3 with these changes.
