Change uri to scietyUri in editor_evaluation() #363

Re issue https://github.com/elifesciences/issues/issues/6940

The JSON output of editor_evaluation() has a changed property name of uri renamed to scietyUri, and its value is set as the first uri which contains "sciety.org".
