Clean up archive so any reference with a are contained within a person-group tag

For example, article 10.7554/eLife.00590 - many references have no person-group, eg:

This should be corrected to:

This is an absolute requirement for archive and xml going forward as the logic used to change the order of references on the website (a feature for readers) will look for the first entry within a person-group within the reference, so if the collab is not contained within a person-group this reference will not be ordered alphabetically and will drop to the end of the list.
