In the future, all author-notes footnote type "other" will be pulled out on the site as is from the

text and there will be no magic or hard coding.

Therefore:

<fn fn-type="other" id="fn1"><label>‡</label><p>These authors are listed in alphabetical order</p></fn>

Needs to be changed to: <fn fn-type="other" id="fn1"><label>‡</label><p>Sophien Kamoun, Johannes Krause, Marco Thines, and Detlef Weigel are listed in alphabetical order</p></fn>
