Registered report key reference #129

Each Registered report contains a 'key reference', which is to the work the Registered report is attempting to replicate. This citation needs to be included in both the reference list and as a footnote at the end of the <history> section.

The footnote should contain the same details as the citation in the reference list but in mixed-citation format rather than element-citation
