Each author's individual funding needs to be associated with them in their <contrib> via this link, however, a specific funding source can be associated with more than one author, in which case the ID would be used for a number of authors.

The ordering of the IDs: par1, par2 etc is based on the order of the authors, but where a subsequent author has the same funding previously mentioned, they will take that link and ID again.
