This footnote group is given a content-type attribute of "author-contribution"
And a title: Author contributions
Each author has his/her own con and thus has a separate id, starting with the first author, "con1".
The output from the submission system links the footnote to the author using their unique ID number, in the end section of the xml metadata. The vendor is required to match them up and add the author initials and a comma to the start of each contribution.
Each new contribution is separated by a comma and starts with a capital letter. Please do not edit the text that comes out of the submission system except to add the author initials and comma at the start of the entry
