This is output as one Word file from the submission process. Key areas to note:

Separated into two sections under the sub-article tag: <sub-article article-type="article-commentary" id="SA1"> Each requires a DOI Decision letter author is the Reviewing editor Currently kitchen sink xml calls out the reviewing editors in specific tagging, but we do not currently do this An author response can refer to a tables and or figures that are not part of the main article. These do not require a DOI Any reference to tables or figures of the main article require appropriate cross linking
